When Pat Layton listed our home for sale in February of 1999, she told my husband and I that it could take three months to sell. Our closing was at the end of May, just a little over three months later.
She and her team stayed in close contact with us throughout the entire process, from that first meeting to discuss the sale, right up until closing.
Not only did she have the knowledge of other homes in our area, but she also gave us suggestions on how to prepare our home to show to prospective buyers. I recently sold a house and then purchased another one. Pat Layton was my realtor and I must say that through the experience I learned that not realtors and agents are equal. She worked diligently on the sale of my house was extremely knowledgeable professional, and one of the hardest working realtors I have ever known. She knows the market as well as the real estate business and demonstrated her skills over and over. She was always accessible and stands heads above the average realtor.
